2. Why did you decide to do online training with Andre Rzazewski?
I decided to train with Andre as I was aware of his reputation in the fitness industry and his knowledge in training the body, especially for competitions. It was known to me that he had trained other females (especially for fitness competitions) and I had read some of his articles in fitness magazines. I had always been a gym enthusiast since the end of high school but could not loose or shape my body the way I’ve wanted. I tried all sorts of cardio machines, classes, and attempted other trainers. Somehow, I felt that if I sought Andre to train me I could achieve my goals!
3. How did Andre help you reach your goals?
He helped me reach my goals by being very specific and to the point on what I needed to do to achieve it. Andre consistently checked how I was keeping up with the diet plan, my cardio and weight training. Andre pushed me enough even when I thought I was through – but not too much where I would hurt myself. He knows ones limits and is there at the right time to spot lift. He is very professional yet personable, supportive, motivating, and is available to answer any questions I had. His diet plan, cardio & weight plan combined with positive motivation definitely helped me reach my goals.
4. What is the most notable training aspect while working with Andre?
The most memorable moment; there had been many! First was finally deciding to compete in my very first fitness model competition. I never imagined that I would actually be on-stage like many competitions I’ve watched in the past years. Another one is deciding to train 6 weeks before another fitness competition in which I was determined to compete and try to be more comfortable on-stage. I was fighting against time as a health issue that would put my fitness passion on hold for some time afterwards. Needless to say, I was very determined to compete one more time! We both saw results every week if not every few days which was so exciting. It was an incredible, hard-working 6 weeks (I would not recommend anyone do that) but personally it was worth it!
5. How did Andre keep you motivated?
Andre kept me motivated by always keeping a positive mindset. Especially, when I had become concerned about the lack of training time of only 6 weeks before a competition. I would not recommend anyone to attempt that – that was crazy of me… Lol. He kept on me to increase my cardio and follow the diet plan exactly – and I would meet the deadline!
6. Compare the results of training online with Andre to the results you were
attaining prior.
‘A grand transformation’ that I could not have achieved otherwise without Andre! I had never been so fit in my entire life. I had loss about 20 stubborn pounds. On my body type, every pound showed especially on my face. The weight loss helped me fit from a size 8 to a slim 2/4. I became so lean; my legs looked so lean as if I grew 2 inches taller! Even after competing I continue to manage a healthier ‘me’ and staying in my size 2/4.
7. What is the fitness related achievement that you are the most proud
of?
I am most proud of reaching all my fitness goals; lean and some muscle mass. The overall feeling of achieving a healthier and fitter ‘me’ is my greatest fitness achievement.
8. Would you recommend Andre's online training program? Why?
Of course, I would recommend Andre as a trainer! To summarize, Andre is very professional yet personable (with a sense of humor), supportive, positive, motivating, and is available to answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does
