2. Why did you decide to do online training with Andre Rzazewski?
I chose to train with Andre for a few reasons. I decided I wanted to compete in a fitness competition so I approached a trainer at the gym. She highly recommended Andre as the trainer to help me achieve my goal to compete. I did a little asking around and heard nothing but good things about Andre and what a great trainer he was. Before I met Andre, one day while in the gym, I saw Maggie Diubaldo training with a personal trainer. I was in awe of how strong yet feminine she looked and knew this was the physique I wanted to achieve. After meeting Andre I learned that he was the personal trainer along Maggie's side. That left a good impression. What also impressed me was that he was in phenomenal shape himself.
It was important to me that the trainer I selected walked the talk. Andre and I discussed my goals and did our first training session - we trained legs. Need I say more - I was sold. The leg workout was awesome. I liked his approach to training, his laid back demeanour and sense of humour.
3. How did Andre help you reach your goals?
I was fairly green when it came to weight training and diet - okay, I had never dieted before in my life. Growing up as a skinny kid the word 'diet' wasn't in my vocabulary and I longed to feel strong all my life. My goal to compete was really a means to an end to feel strong and healthy. Andre prepared me for my first competition and several more after that. He helped me attain the fit and healthy lifestyle I live and love today.
4. What is the most notable training aspect while working with Andre?
There are a few memorable moments training with Dre. I trained with him for a few years. The one that jumps out in my mind was when we were training together and while resting between gruelling sets, he suddenly bolted across the gym to
help a guy struggling with a very heavy straight bar that was about to fall on his chest (he was doing chest press). Andre's a big guy and it really surprised me how fast he could move! It was a good thing Andre saw this and reacted quickly because the guy could have really been hurt.
5. How did Andre keep you motivated?
Dre's dedication to weight training and maintaining a healthy diet served as motivation and inspiration for me. I knew when he was pushing me that he asked that of himself too. He kept me focused on my goals and always reminded me that if I'm not staying on track with my diet or slacking in my training - other competitors weren't.
6. Compare the results of training online with Andre to the results you were
attaining prior.
I went from casual gym goer who was out of shape, a few pounds over weight to a Pro fitness model. Training with Andre I transformed my physique and now I know how to train!
7. What is the fitness related achievement that you are the most proud
of?
I am proud of the how hard I worked to make positive changes in my life and of my fitness accomplishments. It's something that will stay with me all my life. As I mentioned, when I started training with Andre my goal was to compete however, my ultimate goal was to feel physically stronger and live a healthier lifestyle. In the process I won a few competitions, earned my pro status, started fitness modeling part-time, appeared in fitness magazines, gained more confidence and, the most gratifying of all, I inspired others.
8. Would you recommend Andre's online training program? Why?
I would absolutely recommend Andre as a trainer for competitors and non-competitors alike. The guy is a walking billboard for his training services.
9. Which competitions did Andre train you for and what were your
placings?
First competition ever - FAP - Tampa, Florida - Placed 8th
FAME 2004 - Female Fitness Model - Masters - 1st place
FAME 2004 Toronto Molson Indy - 1st place
FAME 2005 - PRO Female Fitness Model - 7th
